With no bleaching agent in the water there is no need to worry about discoloring the antlers. Just boil for about an hour and then rinse with a pressure nozzle water hose to remove any remaining matter. Once the skull is clean apply the bleaching product. Mix the bleaching powder with household hydrogen peroxide to make a paste then cover the skull with it. Let it set overnight. Brush of the powder the next day and you’re finished.
