Sleepy Creek #5 Offset Jaw Trap

For a quality, heavy duty land trap tested to 440lbs, choose the Sleepy Creek No. 5 Offset Jaw Trap w/Teeth - available right here at Murray's Lures & Trapping Supplies. This trap has a 9" jaw spread and is recommended for predators like wolves and mountain lions.

Sleepy Creek spared no expense on this #5 long spring wolf trap. Built heavy duty with a 3/8" thick frame and 1/4" thick jaws riveted between the base and chain strap. With 2/0 twist-link machine chain and inline shock spring along with 4 swivel points this trap is built tough. The straddle pan is notched for visual dog engagement and it also has anti-lift stops along with extra gussets for added strength and secured with SS bolt and Loc-nut. This trap also comes with pan stop installed, springs are stout and fold inside for easy carrying. They also have a wolf stamped on them as well. The jaws are offset with teeth, which can be grounded off if not legal to use in your state. This is also a great trap for collectors.

Notice: This trap is intended for land trapping only. The springs have been tempered to maximum hardness. They may break if used in water sets.
