Sleepy Creek #1 Long Spring Trap

Murray's Lures & Trapping Supplies carries a selection of traps for muskrat, mink, opossum & skunk including this Long Spring Trap No. 1 from Sleepy Creek. Equipped with a twin-loop chain, 1 swivel point, ring & drowner mounted on the spring (giving the trap better holding power) & a 4" jaw spread. This spring trap has a straddle pan that is notched for (visual) dog engagement and attched with bolt & nut. For this trap, the bolt is crimped after assembly which prevents the nut from spinning off freely.
